All of our arrangements are fresh and custom. Because of this, our deliveries go out around 2 pm. You can request a delivery time frame for an additional $5 charge, (with the exception of funerals, memorial services and special events.) A days notice is recommended for timed deliveries. If the delivery is going to a business, please let us know when the recipient leaves so we can deliver before then. If delivering to a residence, we will try to get it there before 6pm.

In the event that the recipient is not home, we will leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded area. We then call the recipient or sender letting them know when and where the delivery was left. We do not call the recipient before delivering to preserve the element of surprise. It is the responsibility of the sender to make sure the recipient is able to receive a delivery (make sure they are not on vacation)

We will happily deliver the same day if the order is placed before 1:00pm that day for a residential delivery and before 11am for a business delivery. If it is placed after these time frames, the arrangement will be delivered the following day. 

During the busy floral holidays, such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, it is best if orders are placed a few days to a week prior to the delivery date.

Special exceptions: Call us!  We are willing to help as best we can to make someones day a little brighter :)

Wildflower reserves the right to not deliver if the conditions are deemed harmful or unsafe. We reserve the right to refuse deilveries on days we are closed or on holidays.
